Responsibilities
Fresh graduate with a relevant degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with good computer skills
Presentable and welcoming attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office or management team.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
Assist with event coordination or meeting setups when required.
Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
